Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

for Appartements Biedermeier

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to contracts for the rental provision of apartments for accommodation purposes as well as all other services and deliveries provided by Appartements Biedermeier to the guest.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded upon the booking confirmation (in writing, verbally, or electronically) by the establishment. Bookings made through online platforms are also binding.

3. Payment Terms

The total booking price is due at the latest upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed. A deposit may be required for certain bookings. We accept cash payments and all common card payments.

4. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: from 2:00 p.m.

  • Check-out: until 11:00 a.m.
    Late check-outs or early check-ins are possible only upon prior agreement and may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellation and No-Show

  • Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge.

  • For cancellations within 7 days before arrival, 90% of the booking amount will be charged.

  • In the event of a no-show without cancellation, 90% of the booking amount will also be charged.

Note: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

6. Use of the Apartments

The apartments may only be used by the persons specified in the contract. Smoking is prohibited in all apartments. Pets are only allowed upon prior agreement.

7. Liability

Appartements Biedermeier is not liable for the loss of or damage to items brought into the apartments, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. The guest is liable for damages caused by themselves or their companions.

8. Data Protection

Personal data collected during the booking process will be used exclusively for handling the stay and will not be passed on to third parties. Further details can be found in our privacy policy.

9. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. German law applies. Place of jurisdiction – where legally permissible – is the location of the establishment.
